I just recently moved in to a rental property in Kirkby Stephen and it was so smooth and easy. Angela Coulson was absolutely amazing through the whole process. I had issues transferring money from an account abroad which took longer than anticipated but Angela was so understanding and helpful through the process. Highly recommend JR Hopper to anyone.

JR Hopper is, without a doubt, the best estate agents we’ve ever encountered! The entire experience felt like something straight out of Escape to the Country, as we were shown one property after another. Alison and Leeselle took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and their knowledgeable advice was invaluable during the viewings and throughout the purchase process. From beginning to end of our property sale, Hoppers were excellent. After just three viewings, the property sold and the vendors wanted a quick completion which was achieved. From the initial valuation to the sale, they were extremely helpful with advice. An absolutely stellar, professional and warm service from J R Hopper & Co. I have been renting in a number of places since 2007, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience of this process to date. We have mostly communicated with Angela and Chris: they were incredibly quick to respond, kept us to date with what was necessary and answered all our numerous questions. The referencing process was quite straightforward, the signing of the documents, contract and inventory easy. The inventory document is the most detailed and thorough I have ever seen - since 2007: very impressed with that. We'd like to thank everyone at J R Hopper - Angela, Chris and everyone else who might've been involved - for their dedication and friendly attitude.

Very helpful, efficient, friendly and follow up through to completion with all the staff we came in contact with, which was quite a few over the months, they all could not have been more helpful. J R Hopper have been superb. From the moment we spotted the property online and arranged a viewing right through to completion, we've been in safe hands. We found them to be extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. All the staff we had dealings with were great but a special mention to both Stella and Pam. The viewing with Stella was so informative and she was instrumental in the initial weeks of negotiations and back and forth questions to the vendors. We'll always be grateful for her help and advice. Pam saw the sale through once the price had been agreed and was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. In our experience J R Hopper could not have handled our purchase any better than they did and we highly recommend them.

We have just completed on the sale of our home in Kirkby Stephen. The person leading our sale was Leeselle Wren. My wife and I have sold four properties. The service we have received from JR Hopper has been the best of the four agents we have worked with. In particular, the service we have received from Leeselle has been fabulous all the way through the process from the thoroughness of her pitch for our business to managing issues all the way up to completion. Her communication whether by phone or email was first class. Our sale was not straight forward. Leeselle showed great expertise in managing issues as they arose and dealing with them in a very professional manner. Leeselle has been the most helpful Estate Agent I have ever used in connection with the purchase of a property. She had so much patience in showing me property after property, until I found the right one. Then she was indispensable during the actual purchase, finding out information on my behalf and liaising with the Vendor over various queries arising.
